SOFT TOP RENTAL AGREEMENT

Your rental is provided by HardTop Hotel South Coast and Cape Cod, an independently owned and operated HardTop Hotel franchise.

This Agreement is between HardTop Hotel South Coast and Cape Cod ("Lessor") and the customer identified at checkout ("Renter"). The Soft Top, included accessories, vehicle, rental dates and rental price are those shown in the Renter's reservation and are part of this Agreement.

1. Use and Return. Renter will use the Soft Top only on the listed vehicle, keep it secure and in reasonable condition, and return it and all included parts by the return date. The Soft Top remains the property of Lessor.

2. Loss or Damage. Renter is responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear while the Soft Top is in Renter's possession. Renter agrees to pay the reasonable repair cost or, if the Soft Top is lost, not returned or cannot reasonably be repaired, its current replacement cost.

3. Late Return. Rental charges continue at the rental rate stated at checkout until the Soft Top and all included parts are returned.

4. Payment. Renter authorizes Lessor to charge the payment method used for the rental for amounts due under this Agreement, including documented repair or replacement costs.

5. Responsibility. After accepting possession, Renter is responsible for properly securing and using the Soft Top. If Renter does not meet the obligations in this Agreement, Lessor may recover the rented Soft Top as permitted by law.

Applicable law controls if any part of this Agreement cannot be enforced.
